JFK Monster Mash

Halloween was celebrated on Friday, October 324, when the annual Monster Mash was produced at the John F. Kennedy Primary School.

According to Alicia Wiecenski, who is the Co-President of the JFK PTO, “pumpkins, music, and games filled the school at JFK for the annual Monster Mash!”

The school’s gymnasium was the lively venue for a “yearly Halloween celebration that gives the students at JFK a chance to play games with friends while showing off their costumes and voting for their favorite pumpkins,’ Ms. Wiecenski said. “Students got the chance to carve their very own pumpkins, with a top 3 voted on for Grades K-2nd and 3rd and 4th.”

Ms. Wiecenski added:

“This year's top picks included Pikachu and hot air balloon-inspired pumpkins, as well as everyone's favorite, the talking 67 pumpkin!”
