New Jersey Devils scored a goal with the JFK students

The New Jersey Devils skated to the John F. Kennedy Primary School for a visit.

On Monday, June 3, JFK School held an assembly with the NHL team that plays out of Newark.

According to JFK Principal Aldo Russo, “The focus was on promoting healthy habits among our students.  It was an engaging and educational event where our kids learned the importance of eating healthy and making good lifestyle choices.”

Principal Russo shared the highlights of the visit by the Devils.

“One of the assembly's most memorable moments was the appearance of the  Devils mascot, who brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the event. The mascot even challenged our students to a fun and friendly puck-shooting contest, which everyone enjoyed immensely.”

Principal Russo added:

“We were also honored to have Adam Hamway, the official voice of the  Devils, join us at JFK. His presence added a special touch to the day, and the students were thrilled to hear him speak.”
